What Should Stay Stable as AI Keeps Changing?
Designing organizational work around durable AI capability classes
Writing
I write about organizational reasoning, AI systems, technology, and the practical problem of making sense of complex situations. Some pieces grow directly from the research; others begin with patterns I encountered in practice and only understood more clearly later.
Each piece is intended to stand on its own. The research supplies questions and reasoning architecture, not vocabulary a reader has to learn first. When an argument depends on historical, technical, organizational, or research claims, it is grounded in documented cases and outside evidence.
